Israel by want list
I have an extensive collection of Mint-tabbed and Used-tabbed Israel including Plate block, Tab blocks, Strips, Pairs, FDC, Souvenir Sheets, etc... Since my collection is pretty complete I usually just trade these by want list. Send me your list and I may be able to fill your gaps with some dupes. I use Bale numbers or Scott Numbers....but I prefer Bale.
USA by want list
I can also trade mint or used US by want list. My collection is not as strong, so I may not have what you need but they are catalogued and can be filled by want list. Scott numbers only
